We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when a refund may be requested for a ScalpX course.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
• Eligible only if less than 20% of the course curriculum has been accessed.
• Refunds are not available for courses granted through manual/admin enrollment at no charge.

How to Request

Contact us via the Contact page with your invoice number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original bKash account within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Courses where a completion certificate has already been issued.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.
